The extra weights are the dimensional weight.Actual Weight is exactly what the product weighs including packaging. Dimensional Weight takes into account the length, width & height of the package that you are shipping. It advisable to dispose of any extra packages or boxes that are not relevant to avoid extra weigh charges as each packages are dimensionally measured separately.

Items are stored at the warehouse for 5days. A daily fee of $8 is charged after the fifth day for a period of 25days in which items would be liquidated and auctioned out. this only applies to imported items. However, there is an avenue for stockpiling of imported goods for an agreed period of time.
